CHOC-CHIP COOKIE DOUGH DIP

Creamy and dreamy

I will always be a big kid a heart, and ever since I was little Cookie dough was always one of my favourite treats. There were many times growing up where I even fought with my brothers for their share of my mum’s delicious batch of yo-yo cookie dough. I loved it so much that one year I even asked for a roll of cookie dough for my birthday…So, as you can see, not only was I obsessed but I was super worried about how healthy I was (ha-ha)!

I just love it, and it wouldn’t be right of me to not include a cookie dough recipe on my blog. With a little ‘twist’ I am confident that this dip is suitable for adults while masking our ‘inner child’ dreams! No need to have a kid’s party just to bust out the good stuff - now any occasion will do!

Difficulty: Easy!

Parties aside though, sometimes there is nothing better than sitting down after a long day (or a long morning for us mums!) and enjoying something totally decadent, filled with totally necessary calories and a cup of strong coffee. And, as you might be able to see, I couldn’t even wait for mine to set before I dived right in… I blame my dessert addiction...

This dip is rich, smooth, and ridiculously easy

It’s a great share plate to take to a party and you can be free to enjoy it any way you like with endless options/vessels that could be used for ‘dunking’! I have seen it heaped onto pretzels, chips, crackers, apples and strawberries but you could be as creative as you like - whatever takes your fancy!

I kind of just like to spoon it into my mouth…no judgement here.

Difficulty : Super Easy!

Gather The Following...

Now, Lets Begin!

To make this cookie dough dip, begin by creaming together the butter and both sugars until mixture is fluffy and has lightened in colour.

To the butter mixture, add in the flour and vanilla paste and mix to combine.

Finally, slowly add the cream whilst mixing until you have reached the right ‘dipping’ consistency!
