UNICORN ROCKY ROAD

A Mama and Miss creation of chocolate and sprinkles

Today we are in the Mama & Miss zone to create something a little crazy and colourful for Sway's little friends at day care - or as she says, 'school'. With all the cake crazes and gorgeous mythical creature themed 'everythings' going around we wanted to jump in, hands first, and get involved creating something special to get everyone excited about!

Enter our gorgeous Unicorn Rocky Road! Mama's, this recipe is SUPER simple, super pretty and insanely delicious – of course – I mean who doesn’t love the combination of white chocolate, candy and marshmallows right!?

It's not at all hair pulling and has the most delicious pay off! Not only do you get a beautiful batch of rocky road (because you know youll bag some for yourself out of this) but you get to watch your little one fall in love with stirring, pouring, helping and the sense of accomplishment that they feel from creating something so special, all by themselves (well...sorta)!

So get out those mixing bowls, spoons and pull up a stool to the bench - it's time to get those little hands involved!

Watch Sway and I create it here for some helpful hints along the way! We can't wait to here how you go!

Difficulty: Super Duper Easy!

Gather The Following...

Now, Lets Begin!

Begin by lining a brownie tin with baking paper and set aside until needed. Next, melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second bursts, until completely smooth and silky!

Pour in your mix ins* to the melted chocolate and stir until everything is combined and coated in chocolate, reserving a handful of everything to sprinkle nicely on top.

Pour the mixture into a prepared tin and sprinkle the remaining candy over the top. Pop the mixture into the fridge to set.

Slice and enjoy!
